- Your logo in VECTOR format*
- Your PMS colors
*Vector files include: Native Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated Post Script (.EPS), Portable Document Format (.PDF), Scalable Vector Graphic (.SVG), Windows Metafile (.WMF), Corel Draw (.CDR) or Freehand (.FH). More Info on submitting logos.

- Once we receive your vector logo and PMS colors, we will process your payment and begin artwork for your custom approval.
- We will email you a PDF file with your logo on a standard white background. We will also provide several other creative options complying with your school’s/NBA/NCAA style guide. (If you don’t have a style guide, we typically include different background colors based on your school or team’s colors.)
- Once you approve the design and send us back your signed approval form, we will print and apply your logo to a blank custom base and laminate the art to protect it.
The sooner you send your approval, the sooner you’ll receive your product.
Turnaround (1-18 Customs): Depending on how quickly you get back to us, your custom is typically on its way to you within two (2) weeks.

Rush Delivery Fee: Want your custom base sooner than 2 weeks? For a $100 rush fee, we can send your custom within a week, provided we are not in the middle of “Tournaments Season” such as:
- Mid-November through New Year’s Day
- January 15 through March Madness
Terms of Sale / Service
Within the Continental United States:
We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) for packages going to both residential addresses and commercial addresses. Items that are too large or heavy to ship UPS Ground are shipped by freight.
Outside the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii:
Due to the large size variations that exist with our products, our web site is not able to accurately calculate shipping charges to overseas locations. We ship products by USPS for most of these cases, we will email you with shipping charges for your approval, prior to shipment.
Note: All duties and tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover/Novus, money wire, checks and purchase orders.
Please Note: All purchase orders will be verified prior to shipment.
- All Slipp-Nott bases have a lifetime warranty
- All Invoices are sold Net 30 unless otherwise stated at time of purchase
- Accounts with a past due invoice will automatically be put on prepaid terms
- All sales of Custom Sets are final.
- Orders that need to be returned for wrong size are subject to $25 restocking fee. No exceptions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We guarantee all Slipp-Nott bases for life. If our product, when used per our instructions, fails to perform as expected or described for any reason other than abuse, please contact us for a replacement.
30-Day Return Policy: Slipp-Nott has an unconditional, 30-day money back guarantee. Use 15 sheets or less, and if you are unsatisfied with the performance of any of our Traction Systems for any reason, we will refund your money. You will be responsible for only the cost of shipping to and from your facility.
After 30 Days: Your Slipp-Nott base, when used per our instructions, is guaranteed for life. Should your base ever fail due to a manufacturer’s defect, Slipp-Nott will replace it free of charge.
Defective or Damaged Equipment: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement.
How to Return Merchandise: Please contact us for instructions. If you have an invoice number or packing list available, we will be able to serve you even faster.
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Packages without a Slipp-Nott RMA will be refused.
Restocking Fee: We will apply a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus shipping costs to return the product.
All custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Purchase orders are accepted from public schools, YMCA’s, YWCA’s, Federal, State and Local governments and PTOs and PTAs.
For all others, we accept checks or credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover information – via fax or phone) with your order. Please do not email your credit card information.
